Cardinal Capital Named Manager of the Decade by PSN
RALEIGH, NC – Cardinal Capital Management is pleased to announce that the company has received Top Guns Manager of the Decade recognition by PSN in two categories, U.S. Large Cap Core Equity and U.S. Balanced portfolios.
PSN operates the largest separate account investment professional database in existence with data covering over 2,000 investment managers and more than 12,000 investment products.
Winners were determined by the best combination of excess return relative to risk in each style category. Based on the data results, PSN selects its Managers of the Decade in 52 style categories. Other categories include large cap value, mid cap growth, small cap, fixed, non-US equity, among others. PSN Managers of the Decade are recognized as the performance leaders in the investment field. To be eligible for the award, products must have returns greater than the style benchmark for the 10 year period ending December 31, 2009 and also Standard Deviation less than the style benchmark for the 10-year period ending December 31, 2009 (see charts below).
