Wes Andrews to Join Cardinal Capital
Research Triangle Park, N. C. (March 5, 2008) – Cardinal Capital Management, a Raleigh-based investment firm, has been joined by J. Wesley Andrews, who comes to the firm from Lehman Brothers, the global finance company headquartered in New York City.
Andrews, a Raleigh native, was a vice president at Lehman where he focused on hybrid debt and convertible securities transactions for financial institutions.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Andrews spent five years working in Citigroup’s Fixed Income Capital Markets Division where he focused on asset and project finance transactions for multinational corporations.

Andrews earned an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. His bachelor’s degree in political science came from Hampden-Sydney College.
