Don serves on the Board of Advisors. On this Board he will be advising Cardinal’s management team on issues of strategy, resource deployment and business development. Don has over 30 years of experience in both business and research and development. He served as the Investor Relations Officer for a major pharmaceutical company. He has also served as the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development. He has an in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, health-care and biotech industries having earned a PhD. in Pharmacology. Most recently he has consulted with several start-up biotech companies in obtaining financing, strategic planning and business development. In addition, Don worked at Cardinal Capital between 1996 to 2005. Don earned his B.S. in Chemistry at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Ph.D. at Albany Medical School. He did business school training at the London Business School and at the Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth). He has served on the Board of Directors of a public pharmaceutical company and is active on several non-profit boards.
