Glenn C. Andrews, CFA
President, Chairman & CIO
Glenn performs securities research, manages investment portfolios, co-chairs the investment committee, and manages day to day business operations for Cardinal. Glenn is a CFA charter holder, a member of the CFA Institute and a member and past president of the North Carolina Society of Financial Analysts. Glenn brings over thirty years of financial management and investment experience to his role as President, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer with Cardinal Capital Management.
Before joining Cardinal Capital Management, Glenn served as Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer at both Medco Research, Inc. and BioStratum, Inc. He also served as Treasurer and a corporate officer at Burroughs-Wellcome, Co. He has served as audit committee chair and board member of the North Carolina Symphony as well as a member of the board of advisors of the Duke University Medical Heart Center. He has also served as a board member of the Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as past chairman and president of the Triangle Educational Advancement Foundation.
Glenn holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of Tennessee and completed the London Business School, Wellcome, executive management program.
